Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management
• \tOversee day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth functioning and high standards.
• \tMaintain excellent levels of customer service at all times.
• \tWork closely with the Chef and Marketing team to design and plan exceptional menus.
• \tPlan weekly, monthly, and festive menus, and coordinate marketing materials.
• \tPrepare staff rosters, schedule manpower, and manage attendance, overtime, and leave applications.
Team Leadership & Development
• \tFoster a collaborative environment with open two-way communication and strong team ownership.
• \tLead, train, and mentor the F&B team to develop talent and ensure consistent performance.
• \tConduct appraisals and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality Control
• \tEnsure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• \tMonitor and maintain kitchen and outlet equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
• \tManage supplies and inventory to prevent wastage while maintaining adequate stock levels.
• \tInspect incoming goods from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis
• \tReport to management on sales results, team productivity, and operational performance.
• \tIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
• \tProven experience in restaurant/F&B management, preferably in night-shift operations.
• \tAbility to plan and manage staff schedules effectively.
• \tKnowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
