We're Hiring: Supervisor

Location: Singapore

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day manpower supply operations

- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and transport of materials and workers

- Support project teams with timely purchase of tools, materials, and stationery

- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, delivery orders (DOs), material tracking, and reporting

- Maintain inventory records and ensure smooth workflow

- Supervise staff and ensure schedules are met

- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and site personnel

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

- Valid Singapore Driving Licence

- Physically fit and able to support daily operations

- Prior experience in logistics, preferably in construction/manpower supply

- Strong administrative and coordination skills

- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

- Knowledge of basic procurement and inventory management
