- Lead end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, audience segmentation, content development, testing, deployment, and performance analysis
- Manage CRM systems to track resident engagement, programme participation, and campaign outcomes, ensuring accurate data management and reporting
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that leverage CRM insights to drive personalised communication and improve resident retention and programme sign-ups
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets and messaging aligned with organisational branding and health programme objectives
- Maintain and manage a campaign calendar to ensure coordinated, timely rollout across multiple programmes and initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and optimise campaigns to maximise reach and effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a small marketing/ engagement team to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader organisational and public health objectives
- Manage campaign budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
- Drive innovation in engagement and CRM utilisation to enhance programme impact and resident experience
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Marketing/ Business Administration or related studies
- 8 years of marketing experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role, healthcare communications experience is a plus
- Proven experience delivering data-driven email campaigns
- Strong expertise in CRM and email marketing platforms
- Process-oriented with a focus on execution
- Knowledge of consent and data management best practices
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
