Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.

• Coordinate with customers, ship agents on order processing and delivery instructions.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers/suppliers.

• Manage order processing, proof of deliveries.
  • Knowledge on microsoft software (outlook, excel, word) is necessary.
