Manager, Operations & Culture (1-Year Contract)
Location: Labrador Park
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Operations & Culture to lead operational excellence and drive a strong, collaborative team culture. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management and plays a critical part in enabling senior leadership to operate effectively and efficiently.
About the Role
A core component of this position is providing high-level administrative and operational support to three Directors. This is a key requirement of the role, and you must be comfortable managing complex administrative workflows, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring leadership operations run smoothly.
You will also be responsible for enhancing processes, improving team experience, and cultivating an engaging and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative Operations (Key Focus Area)
Supporting 3 Directors in their day-to-day administrative functions is a central responsibility of this role, including:
- Managing finance and procurement operations
- Overseeing asset and inventory management
- Maintaining documentation, records, and reporting
- Handling travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Managing vendor relationships and external coordination
Additional operational responsibilities:
- Drive operational improvements and process efficiency for the division
- Streamline end-to-end procurement and finance processes to enable timely access while maintaining accountability
- Resolve operational issues and implement data-driven improvements based on user feedback
- Monitor process metrics and user behaviour to improve workflows and user experience
- Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and audit teams to ensure compliance and support reconciliation
- Plan and roll out initiatives to enhance operational tools, policies, and practices across the division
- Provide operational insights and analysis to support management decision-making
Culture & Team Engagement
- Design and execute team-building programmes and engagement initiatives
- Plan and manage divisional events, off-sites, and social activities
- Develop programmes that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience
- Maintain an inspiring and collaborative work environment
- Drive initiatives that improve team morale and engagement
Facility & Event Management
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance coordination
- Manage meeting logistics, venue bookings, and event setup
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for assigned Directors
- Prepare event documentation and liaise with external vendors
About You
You will be an excellent fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management with strong exposure to finance and procurement
- A proven track record in process improvement or digital transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
- Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimisation
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in culture building, events management, or employee engagement
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong follow-through
- Confidence working closely with senior leadership and managing complex administrative tasks
