Job Description

We are seeking friendly, attentive Service Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a seamless dining experience and support the daily operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Present menus and introduce the Omakase dining concept in a clear and engaging manner.
• Serve dishes and beverages in accordance with our fine dining service standards.
• Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between seatings.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback politely and professionally.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for hospitality and Japanese dining culture.
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English or Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
