Location: Yishun (HDB BTO Project)

Duration: 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the workplace complies with the WSH Act, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and carry out risk assessments.
• Develop, review, and maintain WSH policies, Safe Work Procedures, and statutory records.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and recommend preventive actions.
• Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor and supervise high-risk activities (e.g., work at height, lifting operations) to ensure safe practices.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and conduct emergency drills.
• Work closely with management, contractors, and workers to resolve safety issues and improve overall WSH performance.

Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant WSH experience.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Preferred candidate with HDB BTO experience
