Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Formulate and develop Company's safety policy and procedures
- Assist and enforce sites to implement site health and safety plans
- Perform health and safety audits on sites
- Conduct periodic health and safety training for site personnel
- Maintain Company's health and safety statistics and records
- Liaise with Government Agencies on health and safety issues, application of factory permit and other safety statutory requirements for compliance by sites
- Investigate all accidents which occur and recommend appropriate health & safety measures to prevent their occurrence
- Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on all site safety matters
- Ensure the Occupational Health Safety management programme are effectively implemented and maintained
- Conduct and plan safety training awareness programme
- Hands-on, detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Positive attitude, team player and committed to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry
- Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Certificate - Design for Safety Appreciation Course
- Certificate - Environmental Control Officer for Specified Construction Sites
- Certificate - Develop Risk Management Implementation Plan
- Certificate - WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites
- Certificate - WSQ Manage Work At Height
- Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
