Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities You will manage customer accounts and be the point of contact for customers. You will be required to adopt a customer centric and professional approach with a high level of service quality in your interactions with the customer. You will also answer sales and general enquiries from customers.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 1 year of credit control/collection experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented

Be Self- driven and prepared to take on new Challenges

Have Initiative patient and mature in thinking

Meticulous and analytical

Be able to work under tight timelines and pressure

Be Proficient in MS office
