As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Process patient payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Collaborate effectively with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and create a positive experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records (preferred, but training provided).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
