• Relevant Experience In A Restaurant Kitchen And Day To Day Operations

• Thrive Under Pressure, Able To Mentor New Staffs And Rally The Team.

• Food Hygiene Certification And Fundamental Knowledge Of Food Safety, Kitchen Hygiene And SFA Regulations.

• Ability To Ensure The Hygiene And Housekeeping Of The Kitchen.

• Good Interpersonal Skills. Demonstrate Teamwork And Customer Service Focus.

• Knowledge Of Food Inventory And Maintaining Par Levels.

• Good Culinary Foundations. Understanding Of Various Cooking Methods, Ingredients, Equipment And Procedures.

• Able To Maintain High Food Quality And Presentation.

• Willing To Take On Ad Hoc Tasks.
