JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out office administration duties

• Maintain office, including stationery, filing, meeting rrom bookings, mail/post, etc.

• Work closely with audit and secretarial teams

• Prepare necessary documents related to client engagement, bank confirmations, etc.

• Raise invoices and follow-up for collections

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, EXCEL and WORD

• Able to start work immediately or at short notice

• Good interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills

• Positive attitude and able to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Hardworking, willing to learn and adaptable to change

• 1-2 years' experience accounting firm and corporate secretarial practice will be an advantage
