Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Design and deliver dynamic, well-structured lessons across all IELTS modules (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) aligned with IELTS band descriptors and individual learner goals.
• Provide individualized feedback, error correction, and actionable strategies to help students achieve target band scores.
• Administer regular mock test,analyze performance metrics, and implement tailored progress plans.
• Create a supportive, interactive, and student-centred classroom environment.
• Tailor teaching methods to suit students' individual abilities and backgrounds.
• Communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to students and parents (if applicable).
• Expertise in IELTS assessment criteria and test-taking strategies.
• Uphold the school's professional image and maintain consistency in teaching quality.
