Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions Manager to join our team with a focus on early years education. In this role, the Admissions Manager will guide prospective families through the enrolment process, provide clear and engaging information about our early years programmes, and ensure that every family enjoys a smooth, supportive, and positive admissions experience. This position plays a key role in helping parents make confident decisions while creating a welcoming first touchpoint for young children entering our school community.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Process Management: Oversee the entire admissions process for early years applicants, from initial inquiries to enrolment, ensuring that all documentation is completed and deadlines are met.

2. Prospective Family Interaction: Respond to inquiries from prospective families, providing detailed information about the school's early years programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission requirements.

3. Student Assessments: Coordinate and conduct initial assessments or interviews for potential students as part of the admissions process, ensuring that each child's needs are aligned with the school's offerings.

4. Admissions Events and Outreach: Organise and participate in open houses, school tours, and informational sessions to showcase the school's early years education environment and philosophy to prospective families.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all applicants, ensuring that all information is properly logged in the school's admissions database. Monitor and report on the progress of the admissions cycle.

6. Parental Guidance and Support: Offer personalised guidance to parents throughout the enrolment process, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs, and ensuring they feel supported in their decision-making process.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as the teaching staff, administration, and marketing team, to ensure alignment on admissions goals, processes, and messaging.

8. Brand Ambassadorship: Promote the school's values and the unique aspects of its early years programs to attract prospective families. Represent the school positively at community events and during outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in admissions or customer service, ideally in an international school or early childhood education setting.

• Knowledge of early years development principles and the importance of the early years in a child's education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse families and children.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Experience with admissions software or student management systems such HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.

Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for prospective families.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the needs of international families.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
