Job Description
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Assist in arrangements for meetings, events, and office gatherings.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training and payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
  • Oversee general office administration including supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation for HR and operational matters.
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin Team as assigned.

Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Team Player
