Responsibilities:

1) Packer Duties (50%)

• Handle order fulfilment on e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell
• Accurately pick and pack online orders for dispatch.
• Receive and carry out stock takes for new and existing inventory.

2) Social Media/Marketing Duties (50%)

• Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly content.
• Develop and implement basic digital marketing activities, including social media content creation, promotional campaigns, and community engagement.
• Monitor and report on online sales performance and customer engagement to identify areas for optimisation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Carousell) is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g. SEO, social media content, email marketing, product photography, campaign planning etc.).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace, with familiarity across multiple social media platforms.
• Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Salary:

$2300 - $2700
