We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Asian Cuisine) to support kitchen operations and deliver high-quality Asian dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Head Chef in daily operations

• Prepare & cook Asian cuisine

• Lead, supervise & train kitchen staff

• Maintain kitchen hygiene & safety

• Manage stock, portioning & reduce waste

Requirements:

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Cook (Asian cuisine)

• Strong leadership & teamwork

• Able to work in fast-paced kitchen

• Food hygiene cert is a bonus

Other details:
