Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Chef
• Prepare Western cuisine
• Lead & train kitchen staff
• Maintain kitchen hygiene
• Manage stock & reduce waste
Requirements:
• Experience in Western cuisine
• Strong leadership & teamwork
• Able to work in fast-paced kitchen
