Hiring: Community & Engagement Executive (SaaS Focus)

We're looking for a proactive and creative Community & Engagement Manager to support and grow our internal SaaS community. If you enjoy building connections, driving engagement, and shaping learning experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Community Building & Engagement

• Develop and nurture a vibrant SaaS community through strategic initiatives, digital platforms, and content that encourages knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver community events such as workshops, networking sessions, training programmes, and forums.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Tracking Engagement & Operations

• Streamline administrative processes and track engagement outcomes.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and communications channels to ensure smooth execution of community programmes.

Content & Communications

• Create engaging content for events, newsletters, internal communications, and community initiatives (e.g., hackathons).
• Work closely with community members and leadership to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities.

✔️ What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills with experience in content creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, especially in event logistics and project coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis to monitor programme effectiveness.
• Curiosity and interest in SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and industry best practices.
