- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting work, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing across rooms, corridors, and other shared spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that building facilities and common areas are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Carry out minor repairs / trouble shooting works
- Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Able to carry out works (e.g. painting, carpentry work etc. when necessary)
- Maintain tools and work areas in good condition, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team
