Account Manager Singapore
KOMPAN ASIA PTE. LTD.
MAIN FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Perform customers visits and presentations to ensure broad awareness of KOMPAN's solutions and gain information about current and upcoming projects.
- Network and build trusting relationships with design consultants and clients.
- Provide consultancy and product expertise for design consultants and clients.
- Create playground and fitness proposals that are in line or exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience in BTO package submission on playground and fitness equipment will be an advantage for the role.
- Negotiate prices, terms and contract with clients and contractors.
- Ensure strong debtor management / payment collection.
- Follow up on delivered projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Collaborate closely with internal design team to align project briefs, proposal strategy, deliverables and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations team to align on requirements and timelines for contracts, procurement, installation and after-sales service.
- Ensure detailed and timely opportunity pipeline reporting to sales manager.
- Provide market feedback and suggestions for initiatives to management to continuously consider improvements.
- Assist the team in marketing and sales initiatives and activities.
STAKEHOLDERS:
- External: Architects, landscape architects, developers, contractors, investors
- Internal: Sales Manager, Design, Operations and Marketing
ACADEMIC (EDUCATION, TRADE QUALIFICATIONS):
- Relevant commercial education or landscape architect educated.
- Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certification is an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Specification and project sales experience, ideally for architectural-related products and within construction.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of sales achievements.
- Preferably strong network within local design consultants and landscape architects' community.
- Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and drive projects from brief to delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver proposals that are in line with or exceeding customer expectations.
