Job Description

• Formulate medium-to-long-term strategies, including value creation initiatives, rental and market outlook assessments and cash flow forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead end-to-end investment transactions - identify opportunities, coordinate due diligence, structure deals and negotiations, drive successful transaction completion.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging risks, implement mitigation strategies to safeguard investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations) and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and regulators etc
• Prepare investment performance reports, present portfolio performance to leadership team with actionable insights
• Deliver strategic insights to stakeholders, maintaining alignment on key investment decisions

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate with at least 6 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record of successful transactions across real asset classes
• Strong technical expertise in investment strategy, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills, confident to lead end to end deal execution
• Multilingual capabilities (Mandarin and English) to engage effectively with PRC stakeholders at HQ
