Automotive Manufacturing & Workshop Operations
Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week, East Area

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, WhatsApp Business, and walk-ins.
• Manage customer service bookings, service reminders, job orders, and delivery scheduling.
• Provide accurate service updates to customers, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain hygiene and cleaniness of workplaces
• Prepare and ensure adequate refreshments for customers and staff
• Work closely with workshop supervisors and technicians to coordinate workflow and manage customer expectations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM or system database.
• Support front-office administrative functions including reception duties, documentation control, and payment processing.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities for workshop services and products.
• Ensure service standards comply with company SOPs and safety requirements.
• Any other work as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent command of English - written and spoken (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM or workshop management systems an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, energetic, well-presented, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to service quality and customer care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 6 days work week (including Saturdays and PH).
