Clean, tidy, and make up guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces.

Ensure all rooms and public areas are well-presented and meet hotel cleanliness standards at all times.

Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping glass surfaces, sanitizing touch points, and replenishing supplies.

Check and report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost & found to the supervisor promptly.

Replenish cleaning trolleys and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness for special events or VIP rooms as required.

Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests when approached, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Follow all safety, security, and hygiene procedures established by the hotel.
Requirements:

No formal education required; prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and understanding). "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

Open to Singapore Citizens or LTVP+ holders only.

Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules efficiently.

Courteous and professional, with a positive service attitude.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Able to work on a 6-day work week schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
