Job Title: Chiropractic clinic assistant

Location: Tampines

Job Type: Full-Time (35 working hours / week)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clinic flow and day to day operations
• Managing patients' appointments
• Administration duties
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
• Handling payments and billings
• Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy
• Working experience in healthcare / hospitality settings is preferred
• Team work, organised, multi-tasking, enthusiastic and motivated.
• Able to work at least 1 weekend (both weekends preferred)
