Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Take charge of project / projects assigned to him
- Manage site team and sub-contractors
- Ensure the project progess according to the schedule and requirements
- Assist in resolving site problems and complaints
- Ensure quality workmanship
- Provide technical advice to site teams
- Attend site meetings and site inspections
- To conduct risk assessment for each project site and ensure the site team comply to the safety regulation.
- Report to Management on project updates
Requirements:
- Candidate with at least 2 years experiences as PM in preferrably in stone work.
- Good project management, communication and writing skills.
- Committed, independent & diligent
- Able to work under stress and fast paced environment
- Positive in facing problems
