Requirements:
Work Duties:
- Must be fluent in conversational and written English & Burmese (to communicate with customers and colleagues based in Myanmar)
- Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) and social media (eg. Facebook)
- Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residence
- Must be able to perform simple editing using Adobe software
- Must enjoy communicating with people from different background
- Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn
- Must be well organized and enjoy paying attention to details
- Must have the ability to think strategically and work independently
- Must be proactive and meticulous
- Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties:
- Assist with office administrative and operational matters
- Handle enquires from job seekers through various channels (eg. phone call, WhatsApp and Facebook, etc.)
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Communicating with foreign workers to arrange various tasks to be done, translating and ensure arrangements are followed
- Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure complianc
- Process various work pass applications for selected candidates
- Liaise with third parties to to arrange transport, medical, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
