Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in conversational and written English & Burmese (to communicate with customers and colleagues based in Myanmar)
  • Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) and social media (eg. Facebook)
  • Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residence
  • Must be able to perform simple editing using Adobe software
  • Must enjoy communicating with people from different background
  • Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn
  • Must be well organized and enjoy paying attention to details
  • Must have the ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Must be proactive and meticulous
  • Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Work Duties:
  • Assist with office administrative and operational matters
  • Handle enquires from job seekers through various channels (eg. phone call, WhatsApp and Facebook, etc.)
  • Arrange and conduct interviews
  • Communicating with foreign workers to arrange various tasks to be done, translating and ensure arrangements are followed
  • Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure complianc
  • Process various work pass applications for selected candidates
  • Liaise with third parties to to arrange transport, medical, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
