- Teach Pilates classes (Reformer / Wunda Chair / Tower / Ladder-Barrel)
If not yet trained, we can provide Pilates Instructor Training (fees deductible monthly) - Ensure smooth running of class schedules and studio operations
- Communicate with teachers and arrange cover instructors when necessary
- Update booking system with schedule changes
- Maintain professional communication with instructors and clients
2. Studio Operations
- Oversee daily operations at Kovan, Paya Lebar, and Lavender
- Uphold studio cleanliness and ambience
- Coordinate with cleaners and ensure maintenance standards
- Liaise with contractors (aircon servicing, repairs, equipment maintenance)
3. Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor and top up studio supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning items)
- Manage grip socks, event gifts, and stock levels
- Update studio posters, signage, and marketing displays
4. Customer Service
- Part of the team managing our WhatsApp hotline
- Provide warm, clear, and helpful communication to clients
- Assist customers with class bookings, enquiries, and operational matters
