Job Scope:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and quick issue resolution.
• Report cargo damages, delivery discrepancies, and accidents promptly; assist in incident investigations and prepare management reports.
• Manage vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and inspections.
• Address logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
• Composure and professionalism when handling stressed or upset customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• A positive personality with a great sense of humor is highly valued.
