Responsibilities:

Warehouse Assistant:

• Receive, inspect, and store inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse workspace.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Use warehouse management systems for tracking.
• Assist teammates to meet operational targets.

Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with other departments and customers as needed.
• Train, assign workloads, and coach warehouse team members.

Requirements:

• Possess forklift license is an advantage.
• 1~2 years in relevant experience will added advantages.
