We're now looking for a responsible, motivated Sales Consultant who enjoys helping people, can communicate well, and is ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Attend to customer enquiries (walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls).
• Understand what each employer needs and recommend suitable helpers.
• Arrange and guide interviews between employers and helpers.
• Handle paperwork and follow-up after confirmation.
• Keep communication clear and professional at every stage.
• Work towards monthly targets with guidance from your manager.

Who We're Looking For

• Pleasant, patient, and enjoys talking to people.
• Responsible and able to follow up well with customers.
• Can work independently once trained.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer tools.
• Prior sales or customer service experience an advantage, but not required - training provided.
• Must be able to speak English; other languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Tagalog, Burmese) a bonus.
• CEI Certification is a plus
