We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce safety practices
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with building codes and standards
• Report site issues, delays, or risks to project manager
• Maintain site records, attendance, and progress reports
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in construction supervision
• Diploma/ITE/Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field
• Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures
• Able to read drawings and coordinate work on site
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work in outdoor site environments
• Preferably with safety certifications (e.g., BCSS / SSSC)

Salary Range:

$2,600 - $4,500 per month (depending on experience)

Work Location:

Singapore (various project sites)

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Overtime may be required based on project needs.
