Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth for our battery testing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our advanced battery testing solutions to customers across various industries, including automotive, electronics, and energy storage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for battery testing services across targeted industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate communication of testing capabilities and service offerings
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in engineering services, testing, or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
