Lead Teacher - Ballroom, Ballet & Jazz

About Us
Spazio Danza is one of Singapore's most renowned ballroom dancing schools, best known for its success in competitive ballroom dancing. We are now expanding into Ballet and Jazz for children and are looking for a Lead Teacher to head our Ballroom, Ballet, and Jazz divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Competitive Ballroom

• Teach and mentor dancers from beginner to competition level
• Choreograph routines and prepare students for competitions
• Coach and accompany students to local and overseas competitions
• Train and guide junior teachers to maintain teaching quality

Ballet & Jazz

• Develop and teach Ballet and Jazz programmes for children
• Train and support assistant teachers
• Choreograph pieces for performances and showcases

Requirements

• Proven success in international ballroom competitions
• Strong teaching skills in Ballroom (Standard and/or Latin)
• RAD Intermediate or equivalent certification for Ballet
• Minimum 3 years' teaching experience (children's classes preferred)
• Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Able to work 6 days a week, including evenings and weekends
