We are seeking an International Reservation Sales Agent to join our global hotel reservation team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact-supporting travelers by delivering prompt, reliable and personalized assistance with hotel bookings across the globe. Responsibilities

• Support travelers by handling hotel bookings, modifications and cancellations via inbound calls.
• Communicate hotel policies, amenities and local highlights with accuracy and clarity.
• Manage customer issues with care and escalate complex cases as appropriate.
• Enter booking information into internal systems with precision.
• Follow standard procedures while contributing to daily contact center operations.

Preferred qualifications and education

• Able to communicate effectively with both English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and use call center tools effectively.
• Minimum education: ITE Certificate
• No prior experience required-comprehensive training will be provided.

Work schedule

• Fixed shift: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Includes weekend shifts.
• Two scheduled rest days during the week.
