- Supervise the contractors' works to ensure that work is carried out in compliance with the design intent, specifications and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
- Maintain a Site Diary of events and daily surveillance.
- Attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants' meetings.
- Keep a close check of the contractors' installation details of items which require specific compliance with CP/manufacturers' installation instructions.
- Ensure timely submissions, review and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, and samples by contractors.
- Prepare and update the list of outstanding/non-compliance works and submit it to the project manager for discussion at site/progress meetings.
- Monitor and report the progress of works against schedule and prepare monthly updates of site progress.
- Resolve site coordination issues with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections and T&C schedules with stakeholders.
- Compile and track Defects Lists with the consultants and/or contractors.
- Lead and attend inspection and testing & commission requested by FM and other stakeholders.
- Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as directed by the Reporting Officer.
