We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive exciting, high-impact initiatives: the expansion of our K-pop dance kiosk franchise and the launch of a new global SNS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Project Execution & Tracking

Lead defined stages of the project lifecycle - from scheduling and milestone tracking to resource monitoring - ensuring smooth, timely project delivery.

• ⁠ ⁠Coordination & Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and international franchise partners. Prepare and present clear, concise updates and reports to stakeholders.

• ⁠ ⁠Risk & Budget Management

Monitor project finances, identify potential risks early, and escalate issues proactively to keep projects on track.

• ⁠ ⁠Quality & Process Improvement

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and contribute to continuous enhancement of project management workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in project management or a delivery-focused coordination role.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); direct experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is required.
• Experience in the franchise, retail, or digital/social media sectors is a strong advantage.
