You will be expected to possess the following ability:

•  Properly set up service and working area
•  Greet and welcome guests seated in your station or at the bar
•  Engage guests in friendly conversations
•  Proficiently utilize the POS system to key in drinks and food order
•  Properly handles cash & credit cards
•  Understand alcohol awareness and use judgements when serving alcoholic beverages
•  Maintain a clean and organized work/guest's area
•  Have a high level of organization, accuracy, attention to detail and sense of urgency at all times
•  Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow a uniform guidelines
•  Practice double checking and teamwork
•  Assure the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
•  Answer guest questions politely and accurately
•  Explain menu using concise and articulate language
