Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and their business needs: Build strong, lasting relationships wth clients
- Execute and plan marketing campaigns, develop and implement strategies across marketing channels
- Performance and insights
- Creative problem solving: handle ad-hoc tasks with initiative and creativity
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive opportunities to expand client accounts, take charge of client growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
- Business development support on client pitches and new businesses
- Report on account performance, trends, and identify areas for improvement to maximize growth.

- Experience in account management or in a similar client-facing role, especially with challenging or high-demand clients.
- Resilient and adaptable - thrive under pressure and able to handle tough situations without getting overwhelmed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients.
- Open to feedback and able to use it constructively without taking it personally
- Proficient in Tech tools like Wordpress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM are a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where agility and adaptability are key.
