• Provide basic nursing care and perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Observe residents and report abnormalities to Staff Nurse
• Monitor vital signs
• Ensure personal hygiene and grooming
• Assist with adminstration of medication with supervision
• Provide emotional support for resident

Job Requirements:

• Minimum WSQ Home Care certification or relevant
• Have 2 years experience in handling intellectually disabled patient
• Working hours: 5 days work week
