- Overall in charge of site coordination.
- Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
- Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
- Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
- Control and monitor work progress and resources.
- Monitor and control material wastage.
- In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
- Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
Requirements:
- Min 6-7 years of experience in management role preferably in Construction
- Degree in Engineering or any construction related studies
- Have experience in Wet Trade
- Experience in LTA projects preferred
- Good command of English
- Will be good if can speak Chinese to liaise with other contractors
- Local/PR preferred
