Compliance

• Assist in the creation of Documentation and Reports to establish control systems aimed at preventing or addressing breaches of legal standards and internal protocols.
• Aid in generating reports to assess the effectiveness of controls, fostering continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the documentation of form and report modifications required by the department.
• Assist in scrutinizing projects as needed to pinpoint compliance risks and offer guidance or training.
• Collect internal Threat Intelligence data and conduct Vulnerability assessments for both internal operations and projects.
• Support the preparation of reports for presentation to senior management and external regulatory entities as needed.

IT Services

• Assist in the construction and configuration of the company's IT Services infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers/DevOps to ensure adherence to established processes and functionality of IT Services.
• Contribute to the development of tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Aid in conducting root cause analyses for IT Services issues.
• Assist in the creation of digital forms and essential documentation for both internal and external projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in Compliance and IT Services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in report writing and support administrative documentation.
• Hands on experience in governance and internal controls.
