You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Customer, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a project management team as part of an overall project implementation.

§ Project Manager shall be a suitably qualified personnel with experience to interface with the different teams (eg. System Infrastructure team, Security Team and Others).

§ Be the POC to present at all Monthly progress meetings, he/she shall report the progress to the Authority.

§ Lead an engineering team to review, modify, design and implementation the new and existing system.

§ Lead the joint effort between the Authority's appointed vendors and the engineering team for any troubleshooting failure/faults related to the network implementation on the existing system.

§ Highlight any technical or schedule risk regarding the project. He/she shall also present to the Authority mitigation measure with solutions to move the project forward to reduce the impact to the technical and schedule impact.

Qualities We Value

§ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent

§ IT System Management experience of various aspect

§ Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support.

§ Good communication skills and able to work independently.

§ Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage.

§ Coordinate the contractors, customers and all the resources.

§ Conflict resolution skills

§ Shall have at least three (3) years of ICT Project Management.

§ Familiar with Government policy and process
