What this job involves

Handling daily operations
Are you a pro in on-site operations management? In this role, you'll assist the site managers in providing property management services and planning daily operational activities. Your role will have a
focus on the building's services and you'll ensure that health, safety and environmental standards set out by the client/tenants are adhered to.

Likewise, you'll be in charge of maintaining the building exterior and interior; as well as performing regular site inspections on all common areas-including public walkways, external façade and others-
and implementing remedial action on any service issues.

Keeping clients satisfied
Enhancing client experience is second nature to us. As the person in charge, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that clients are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs.
You'll also help build strong working relationships with the tenants by attending meetings as applicable. Furthermore, you'll be the main point of contact with local authorities.
