Responsibilities
  • Ensure quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper conditions
  • Ensure safe and proper use of the equipment at all times
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistency
  • Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen's hygiene, health, and safety policies and procedures
  • Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
  • Monitor kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to the Head Chef
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef

Requirements
  • No experience is welcome
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certificate
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 weekdays per week
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
