Responsibilities
Requirements
- Ensure quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper conditions
- Ensure safe and proper use of the equipment at all times
- Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistency
- Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen's hygiene, health, and safety policies and procedures
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
- Monitor kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to the Head Chef
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef
Requirements
- No experience is welcome
- At least 1 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Possess food hygiene and safety certificate
- Team player and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 weekdays per week
- Fresh graduates are welcome
