Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets;
• Manage and motivate the sales team to improve overall performance and service quality;
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, expand market resources, and enhance customer satisfaction;
• Analyze market trends and competitors, and propose effective sales solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with the daily operations of major retail channels in Singapore, including premium supermarkets, community supermarkets, chain convenience stores, and distribution channels;
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in Singapore's retail sector, with proven success in team leadership or outstanding sales performance preferred;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
• Familiar with Singapore's FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) market, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
