Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve engineering operations, policies, and projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Lead new product introduction, including project management, equipment selection, process validation, and technical support for sales.
• Manage production engineering - maintain processes, resolve non-conformances, reduce COPQ, analyse plant capacity and profitability, and mitigate production risks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop the engineering team through recruitment, training, feedback, and succession planning.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Engineering function
• Aerospace or related experience
