Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with a background in Polymer Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical support to customers, and promoting our range of polymer-based products and solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities in the polymer product segment.
• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements and applications.
• Work closely with the R&D and production teams to address technical inquiries and customize solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable sales.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new applications, and competitor activities in the polymer industry.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to promote company products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and excellent after-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and product applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel as required.
