Working Hours & Compensation:
✅ Full-Time:
- Hours: 7.00am - 4.00pm (Overtime as required based on production needs)
- Gross monthly salary up to $2,400 per month
✅ Part-Time:
- Hours: 9.00am - 3.30pm | 10.00am - 4.30pm (Extension of hours may be required during peak production period)
- $9 per hour (Weekdays) | +$2 per hour (Weekends & PH)
⌈ Job Responsibilities: ⌋
- Expertly assemble cake layers by applying cream & fillings with precision.
- Ensure all assembled cakes meet the strict standards for consistency, structure & taste.
- Perform simple cake decorations using fruits, decorative toppers & other elements.
- Follow design guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist with mise-en-place tasks including cutting fruits, preparing fillings, folding cake boxes & organizing materials to support daily production.
- Maintain a clean & hygienic workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety & sanitation regulations at all times.
- Support production workflow by coordinating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager to ensure smooth & efficient operations.
⌈ Job Requirements: ⌋
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Prior experience in cake decorating, piping will be an advantage.
- No experience candidates are also welcome to apply ― training will be provided.
- Physically fit ― able to stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks, working in a cold environment (chiller & freezer room) & lift up moderate to heavy items.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to required work schedule ― 4-days of work, 1-day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & public holidays).
