Job Description

• Serve as the on-site focal point for both employees and FM partners.
• Establish and maintain proper escalation and communication procedures for operational issues.
• Organize and manage the company's IFM Committee meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate IFM vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
• Provide operational guidance and feedback to IFM partners.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management and the IFM committee.
• Identify training needs and development areas for vendor staff.
• Manage vendor approval workflows and maintain master data records.
• Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with internal procurement teams.
• Partner with the Continuous Improvement team to identify opportunities for cost optimization and service enhancement.
• Regularly review service scopes and propose improvements across both IFM and non-IFM vendors.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve high engagement and performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, covering both hard and soft services.
• Background in hospitality or service-oriented industries is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing facilities across office, F&B, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of vendor management and outsourced service delivery.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, and highly aware of organizational dynamics.
